Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them or before packing. Once packed or assigned to a delivery partner, cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds: Approved cancellations or order failures are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns: We do not accept returns for groceries or perishable items. Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 1 hour for replacement or refund.
Shipping/Delivery: Orders are delivered within 10–60 minutes within our service area. Delivery fees (if any) are shown at checkout. If the customer is unreachable, the order may be marked undeliverable.
